In-Home Nature-Based Enrichment Sessions for Children

I come into your home and spend time with your child through simple, nature-based activities.

We might garden and plant something together, explore with natural materials, move through gentle yoga, or take a quiet moment for mindfulness.

I’ve found that children don’t need busy environments or toys to stay engaged. When given the space, they become curious, focused, and more confident through these simple interactions with nature.

What we do during our time together

Each session may include:

  • Planting and simple garden projects

  • Nature-based art using natural or recycled materials

  • Gentle yoga and movement

  • Mindfulness activities to support calm and focus

  • Sensory exploration through soil, water, leaves, and natural elements

Every session is guided with intention, allowing children to slow down, engage, and connect.

A gentle note for parents

These sessions are enrichment-based and are not traditional childcare.

To help create a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  • Children should be fed and ready for activities before the session

  • Parents are welcome to stay, take a break, or attend to things at home

  • The focus is on guided activities and meaningful engagement rather than routine care

About me

Hi, I’m Viktoriya.

I’m a mom to a 4-year-old girl and an early childhood educator. I’ve been working with young children for several years, as both a preschool teacher and director within Montessori and Reggio-inspired environments.

Over time, I found myself moving toward a simpler way of engaging children, one that focuses on real experiences, connection, and giving children the space to explore at their own pace.

Much of what I offer comes from both my professional experience and my personal journey as a parent.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Arts Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development. I’ve also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and mindfulness training, which I gently incorporate into my work with children.

This is what I aim to bring into each session.
